Arthur Grandinetti
President:
Arthur Grandinetti is an Appraiser, Umpire, and Contractor with over 25 years of experience. He possesses a unique skill set resulting from his “hands-on” experience in all aspects of construction, including residential, commercial, and industrial.
Work Experience:
Additionally, Arthur is unique in that, not only does he handle claims for the insured, he has also handled claims for insurance companies as an Independent Adjuster (IA), such as AAA Claims Service and Aplin, Peer & Assoc.
Arthur’s Hobbies:
He enjoys spending what vacation time he has with their three children at the beach, but more importantly, under the water. Arthur enjoys Scuba diving and has attained three different levels of Scuba certifications. In addition, he also has credentials as an EMT and a DMT (Diver Medical Technician).

With over 15+ years experience in this field, Sarah currently works as a full-time administrative assistant to Arthur as well as office manager.
Sarah’s Story
Sarah spent the early part of her professional career working for attorneys as a legal secretary. She came on board to assist her husband in the insurance field and found she had a niche in assisting with insurance claims.
Personal Life & Goals
As a woman of faith, she particularly finds joy in helping the families victimized by a fire or tornado piece their lives back together. Being a mother, she understands the need and importance of the “woman of the house” after a catastrophe to bring a sense of stability and normalcy to her family. Her passion reflects in her hard work.
In her free time, she can be found traveling and vacationing with her family.
